as a PIERS holder who wound up with some of those 13% notes I am familiar with them

but

did NEWCO finance the purchase of the 6B in NOL with these notes

or did NEWCO finance the purchase of NPV of the runoffs with those nets ----- which is entirely separate from the NOL value

(by the way - do you know if the runoffs which fund interest and principal on the notes (with NO recourse) - will wind up paying every dime of the interest and principal and then some - as such "leftover" would go to WMIH I assume
