Theyve already given their claim a dollar amount which I think is less than what sune was planning for. And they are also working with sune to help maximize its claim which means helping sune ultimately. And vslr has to be the number one enemy of sune even more so then the shareholders. So if thats the case then it seems like sune won. They can afford the 1 billion dollar claim if it comes out that high but it may be lower.

Vivint Solar to take part in SunEdison's bankruptcy case | Reuters
http://mobile.reuters.com/article/idUSKCN0Y11B4

"Solar panel installer Vivint Solar Inc (VSLR.N) said it would participate in SunEdison Inc's (SUNEQ.PK) bankruptcy case to maximize its recovery from claims against SunEdison, which terminated its agreement to buy Vivint in March."

If they could setup a payment plan with vlsr that would work out for us and them. They could use a steady stream of money and for us its just another payment.
