Sorry, but as I stated since the Russell Rebalancing, Reconstitution, and no one has added further input:
"There is NO correlation between Institutional Ownership and Level of Shorting"
Reason: Unlike retail individual accounts that can use NWBO for financial leverage in a Margin Account,
every Institution buys and sells for CASH. This is also likely true where there are ie Fidelity or Merrill Lynch
brokerage sponsored funds that may own shares whether NWBO or VRX: Valeant Rx.

Besides the fact that NWBO shares have been lower than $4 since the start of 2016 where most all stock brokerage firms BEGIN to ask for HIGHER margin requirements(<$4) and if NWBO is lower than $2 most ALL firms require $1/$1 coverage. Hence a dramaticly lower ability to further borrow to short UNLESS NWBO shares REMAIN in a margin account: serves NO purpose to account holder and maybe provides that brokerage firm to lend it out WITHOUT the permission of account holder: DOABLE as long as NWBO is in a margin account IMHO. So everyone should double check it is NOT in one's margin account: should be in a CASH account.

As for those Institutions that SOLD it depends on who buys it to OPEN up the entire cycle again: see the above paragraph.

The above is based on my experience/ knowledge, and covers all known permutations on this subject to date pending further verifiable inputs.

Interesting that adding up the LP+Cognate+Toucan (assumes no overlapping double counting) that
COMBINED the entities LP related is but 2.6 mln shs less than Woodford Investments.

1.The above does NOT appear in nasdaq.com as a NWBO holder.
WHY?
2. Anybody located a website verifying Capita Financial Mgrs is about?
Someone with a Bloomberg terminal should hit the + before the Capita Financial for more DETAILS!
