I suppose if you really squint, and put heavy emphasis on the forward looking statement disclaimer, one could conclude it's not quite a lie. But the retinal muscle must be very strong indeed. And there is no effort to correct the statement. Look at the current description of Tmmi here, on ihub. It doesn't jibe with reality at all. I think at the least Tmmi is being reckless or lazy with truth. The CEO is responsible. If he doesn't actually make decisions, and had principles, he would resign.
