In other words..... Cavanaugh may have put out a bold face lie. If so, that's not the first time. His statement in his shareholder update in early 2015 still gets to me. He said, and I quote, when customers see this, they say "I can use that. When can I have it?" That influenced me in making my final purchase of TMM stock.

Nothing worse than a totally crooked CEO. TMM has had a bunch of them (Olsen, Fernandez and Cavanaugh).
