If they can bring cap ex to very low by using ready to use panels from GTAT and use their expertise in solar development then I think that this will come out good. Because CAPEX to complete projects will be low. If they are giving bonuses to exec then it means that there is chance of survival. if this is a dead cat then why are the spending money on bonuses right?
