I talk to him a couple times a week and I get the feeling he's not going to take any formal action, publicly anyways. He stated that its best not to bring any attention to this, as many are unaware and he'd not want to create a false panic. He know's it will run its course once the MM's cover and the restrictions are lifted, as its been a dirty deal for investors, its not necessarily illegal. However, if we as investors sent thousands of complaints, that were identical in content, then we may be able to spark some interest. IMO as always. Good Luck!!!
