They (MM's and whales) will move this ball forward as new filings appear that lend themselves to settlement talk. We still have a couple of weeks to go, but I think a small creep forward is to be expected. If we see a file for anything for Centrify before Sept 11 deadline I think that could only mean one thing. That litigation is finished for one and they are moving forward with the next.
