Settlement with Microsoft ??

Found it. I answered my own question about the settlement in the 10 Q.

I do have another question. How do you know for sure it was against Microsoft ? It doesn't say in the 10 Q who the settlement was with, just an "outside party."

Typically, if there is a settlement in District or Federal Court, all documents are sealed. Just asking.
