The motion to dismiss was very good for MannKind and shareholders but it also proves out that Sanofi sandbagged MannKind. from page 3 of the motion to dismiss was this paragraph which clearly shows that a Sanofi sales rep calling on a Dr. knew back in August of 2015 that Sanofi was not committed to selling Afrezza.
