To somewhat allay everyone's preoccupation with FD shs out: the example of that link I provided of ADXS says a lot... ADXS when it was selling@ a low of EIGHT cents HAD 486 MLN shrs OUT with a market value on 1/9/2012 of $39 mln. Monday's close for ADXS has a market value of $463 mln UP 12 FOLD and not as far into Ph 3 as NWBO. No one prompted me to look: one of many sources I look at IF I don't get distract by this board. Research beats dealing with MB's!

AND NWBO current position was nowhere near where ADXS was back in 2012 IMHO.

The above is based on a cursory overview.

So say conservatively 200 mln FD now: means@ 35 cents $70 mln market cap
