I can go on and on about start ups blowing up. Hansen, Green Mountain, another two that started in penny land.

Yes, there is a bigger chance at a scam, but there are ways to possibly eliminate that. 1. What is the share count? If they already have a billion shares outstanding, and they are still in penny land not making money. That's like the biggest scam of all. And it's hard to believe how many people get into these types of stocks. Something that has only about 10-15 million shares oustanding, and is already or close to Revenue, there is a better chance of success. And this is just an example. A pharma company may have higher share count, but a lot more potential. You just have to use your brain to see if it makes sense.
