I did not mentioned JELIS during the recent discussion ... Furthermore, please cite my post that saying that JELIS RRR is applicable for R-IT ... I addressed a simple question:

What is your expectation re. LDL level in R-IT?
- if higher than in I-IT, why the event rate will be lower?
- if lower than in I-IT, why and how? Please note: enrollment criteria are "LDL-C >40 mg/dL (1.04 mmol/L) and <100 mg/dL (2.60 mmol/L) and on stable therapy with a statin (with or without ezetimibe) for at least 4 weeks prior to the LDL-C/TG baseline qualifying measurements for randomization"

Since you raise new point / topic (w/o answer the existing one) constantly ...
- "the event rate in JELIS would have been lower in both arms if both arms had been on optimal Statin dose." yes ... so what? This event rate extends the gap between JELIS and R-IT expected placebo rate ... R-IT expected placebo rate wasn't established based on JELIS ...
- "Reduce It population on optimal dose Statins is also likely to have lower HsCrp levels ...." ??? Lower than ...? Difference was seen at below / above 1.0 hsCRP. Lower than 1 isn't likely in R-IT (e.g. one (optional) qualification criteria for CV Risk Category 2 is "Hs-CRP >3.00 mg/L (0.3 mg/dL)"
- CRESTOR was resulted in 1.8 after 48 months (Table 2)
