I hope someone calls KJ on the Arizona permitting stuff. It should be easy to prove if he has actually met with ADEQ, and filed permit applications. And no reason to not disclose that info - date of meeting(s), who he met with, what department, and what permits were filed. A database of permit applications are available on-line and I still see nothing. Pumping out nasty minewater for any reason requires permits.
