I don’t think the second part of what you describe is much of an issue for the small communities these units are destined for. More likely in large urban centers da West included. Spoiled rich kids can be the worst little pric*s. Slums attached to big cities like we are seeing in Rio prolly take it there, I’m forgetting my anthropology and may be mistaken; small communities are the best imo ;)
