I am not sure I understand your question.
I do expect that type of dilution (30-40%).
As to the worth of the stock....I am not prepared to
speculate in the abstract once that kind of dilution is consolidated.
That will be (if successful advancement) other than the retail owners
and while potentially significant return to ALL owners, control of the "partnership" WILL by to those investors benefit....including company principals.

Can AVXL be worth $20 and upward to the moon as some profess? Certainly.
But my guess is retail ownership will be dwarfed by institutional participation. AVXL is not likely to be a stand alone by that time.
