I'm not sure that anyone would rather it stay on the OTC market, but 2 years after doing a 100 to 1 R/S and then following it up with another, at least 10 to 1 really sucks for shareholders. Don't put it past any small bio to raise some capital not long after they uplist. I'm not saying it will happen, but its pretty tempting once they do a 10 to 1, and say the share price is $4.50 to all the sudden do a small offering at $3.50. I'm not saying its going to happen, but once again, they would be the first bio who decided to do it.
