So what made them choose now to uplist must be something.

Or not. Could be just a corporate milestone that they wanted to get under their belt. It's possible. Seen companies do it in preparation for something in future but not necessarily that they're sitting on a huge catalyst that they'll release once RS is complete. Heck even the AZN partnership didn't do squat for the PPS. What catalyst could they possibly have? Plus they cannot withhold material information from public just to time it with RS completion. My 2¢
