IMHO nicotine addiction is one of the hardest addictions to break....what's your opinion ?

I am not making the case that all patients respond to their illnesses.
In the previous post to Vu ...sorry for the double post ..loading cliched ..I pointed out that my friends /associates complied to varying degrees.

IMHO surviving an MI can be a powerful incentive to at least make some changes ...or at least stay on all your meds.
