Also, generic Lovaza tier 3, vs Vas tier 4 (pg 37):

I guess a lot of them have dropped Lov from tier 1 (except JHop). But still, we don't find Vas higher than Lovaza or generic anywhere. If it is a better therapy it really should be higher despite additional costs.

I guess if R-IT is successful it will be.
