Also in response to ForeverLong, the OEC was pivotal and will be pivotal because an equity committee gives shareholders a seat inside the court hearings which is crucial in preserving as much equity as possible.

The judge did not rule sune as hopelessly insolvent. He said they "appear" to be hopelessly insolvent given that the numbers produced in court have to be taken as factual hard evidence. Any dispute over the legitimacy of those numbers can be contested in civil court but those are what the oec ruling was based off of.

Given the obscurity of their financial statements, we still need a 10-K to grasp a better idea of sune's financial health (which im assuming won't be good), but that would also open the door to a second oec request if their numbers appear to resemble anything close to their MOR.

For those saying that SUNE's is likely doomed are correct, but it doesn't mean us commons have 0% probability of a return here. There are still many variables in play and there could be a few saving graces.

My $0.02 is that if you have lost a significant percentage of your net investment in sune, there is no reason to sell now. However, for those of you who got in on sune in the teens to .20s, you should think long and hard if this stock is worth the risk. I myself am still holding as I am relatively young and a $35K loss in sune can be recouped quickly. The potential reward is worth the risk imo and that is the only reason im holding my shares. Good luck to all and please stop spreading false info.
