Decisions such as Bernstein's have the potential to scare any investors away from renewable energy, especially solar. How he could make a decision with a 1/4 of the facts is beyond reasoning. Maybe he helped us in the long run. Only time will tell. In one fail swoop he wiped out employees retirement and billions of dollars from big funds. Again, maybe he knows something we don't (sure he does) and his decision will help us. He did say if circumstances change he would reconsider the EOC petition.
