I've been following along for quite awhile. It seems obvious that Tmmi is unwilling or (more likely) unable to pay to keep the fight going, and are doing the bare minimum. If they don't get an adjournment, will they concede the VDK issue? Given their remarkable press release, saying that they had no use for the VDK 2 rights, I quess they might.
