Urban, if you look at the past history of this 3-1/2 year lawsuit and TMM's behavior it fits the plan perfectly. Delay, stall, delay all the while driving costs through the roof. I still have no clue why Panik/Dimension let them off the hook for the abuse of process. Evidently they were certain TMM couldn't/wouldn't pay even if they won.
