Believe it or not, I thought Steipp answered my question.

I think the hangup is capital to do freaking orders. Anybody else come away with this?

I can't imagine they're turning away business, but it does take a lil bit of money to make money. Perhaps 11M keeps the lights on and then the other tranches get the gears turning.
