(IN CHAMBERS) ORDER PROVIDING PLAINTIFF ADDITIONAL TIME TO FILE BRIEF by Judge John A. Kronstadt: Pursuant to the Court's order of July 18, 2016 (Dkt. [194]), the parties were directed to file briefs by August 1, 2016, stating their respective positions as to both the appropriate sanctions in light of the finding of civil contempt, and whether that finding should be reported to the State Bar of California. Defendant filed a timely brief setting forth its positions; Plaintiff did not make any filing.
