A question for those here that have been involved in making major business contracts in their careers.
We have been told that the failed Russian wireless deal was started bu Alvater before HotZone was purchased by GTE and the on-going negotiations took a long time to complete between GTE and the Russians. We also know we have had successful "pilots" in Mexico, Germany & China. With that in mind, what would be a reasonable timeframe for a formal contract to be finalized??
Seems if both parties want a deal, that both sides would be working feverishly to tie all the loose ends up to put things in place -- profits for both parties. Seems like this is taking a long time to complete. Comments??
