Avocado I believe you completely nailed the sell off explanation. Well done. Stocks trade. They get bought and sold for individual reasons. Stocks go up and down as a result. Through all of this VirTra remains committed to its conservative growth strategy well described here by several real shareholders.

I can't say whether the stock will go up or down. That's up to the buyers and sellers. What I do see however is a company that has listened to its shareholders; a company taking bold steps to overcome a multi-year impasse that has hindered the ability to grow the company. IMHO management recognized the need to move forward and it is doing so.

As a shareholder and a management professional I also recognize and applaud success. VirTra has grown and overcome many obstacles to become an industry leader in its field. Recent events have propelled virtual training into a much more prominent need in our country and beyond. VirTra stands to benefit from this and when coupled with a likely move to a national exchange I expect we will see accelerated growth and shareholder value. Just my humble opinion. An opinion I backed up with some more buying last week!! Thank you panicked sellers!!
