Mckay has Simply Surrounded himself with insiders that defend the negative tpac facts bought up with whatever half baked pie in the sky tpac nonsense that comes to mind.
This Pos Gagged the transfer agent, then has the nerve to tell shareholders some nonsense like the ta was charging the company a per call fee .
He tells shareholders the company is doing a sharebuyback for months on end. All anyone has to do is read the filings and see eight pages regarding stock conversions /transactions. Roflmao. There is your so called share buyback.
Then theres the entire timken fiasco I wont even waste my time detailing.
