I wonder...do you think the New Jersey Board of Accountency and the Attorney General might be interested in this statement?
Defendants can tap dance and use every legal delay option available, but Cowan cannot tap dance around the Accountancy Board and has been put on notice that these charges are serious and this matter may be turned over to the Attorney General for prosecution.
It seems that the statement is being made that the NJ BOA, who claims to have not even received any complaints about Cowan recently, is quite involved in this. How is that possible?
Talk of prosecution?? Wasn't that allegedly "criminal charges"???
