The CEO, Mr. Decicco hasn't said anything official in an email or in a newswire; however, Christie Brinkley has been promoting the brand (she did so all last week) and has stated that the official launch date in the U.S. is August 1st.

I'd say, due to her comments & promotion, we are very close to some news; earnings of Bivi, the launch and roll-out of Bellisima; and I'm sure other news. IMO!
