I think the stock is fairly if not overvalued. They earned .07 for the quarter. Expenses jumped up significantly y/y. keep in mind earnings was aided by 1.1 million in sales that are going away. The share count just keep skyrocketing. I personally think in the mid to upper 3's it is a sell here in my opinion. I have no position, but you have to believe earnings will be less then .07 in q3, without the 1.1 million in sales. Hence I feel the stock is fairly to overvalued. Admittingly been out of the stock before q1, as I have seen the share count rising quarter after quarter, and the expense were starting to rise, and somo sales which created a short-term boost will be going by the way side. Hence we will have tough comps in the future. I just don't see the appeal at this point. Addmittigly I was early selling before q1 results at around $3.30 or so, but the stock is fully valued and the diluted share count every quarter is skyrocketing in my opinion. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
