That's just a letter from a shareholder and it's more concerned with the price of the shares and it was dated july 20th, before terp and glbl said they would work with sune to raise pps. All sune wants is to break even which is $40 a share. I'd say that's fair and dont see how an OEC would help on that. That money goes to us in bk.
