Tpac it's making money,

As previously state, that is an UNKNOWN at this point in time.

Only future financials will either show they are or are not making money.

The $100K A/R can't be called "making money" since we don't know the costs involved.

ONLY Financials will help and the past financials (which is all that can be looked at at this point) have shown that TPAC has not made money (after being in business for 6 years!)

That is what is on the table at this point.
