I agree...a legitimate offer will also start the wheels turning even if it's not in the originally desired range.

I'm not a very rich man...quite the contrary. But my boss is quite loaded and I help him with sales of assets and such when necessary. I've watched him go from having a number in his head to saying, "What the hell...tell him he has a deal. I'm sick of thinking about it."

I would be very happy with .25...it may not be the $1+ I'm hoping for, but it would still change my life very much in a positive way.
