It's hard to say. COR has certainly sent signals that it might be interested in recovering some or all of the dividend money paid to shareholders who bought CRGP during the interim period. But it's hard to see how they could find a way to do that without spending an arm and a leg.

So far, they haven't been specific about what their next step may be. Perhaps we'll learn more after they digest the information they'll be getting from Etrade and TDA.
