Today is the deadline for TD Ameritrade Clearing to comply with the motion to compel in the Nebraska case concerning transactions in CRGP. Up next is the August 1st deadline for litigants to line up expert witnesses. It is fascinating to me that we actually may see the start of this trial in November, especially given the involvement of a transfer agent, brokerage firms, clearing firms, Finra, the DTCC and shareholders in various capacities in this case involving CRGP.
