Check out the lawsuit on PACER. The FACT is TAUG filed a motion to change venues.

Not sure why they tried to start up this lawsuit in Florida when two years ago, TAUG claimed a lawsuit shouldn't be tried in Florida due to lack of jurisdiction.

I would find it hard to believe Seth's memory is that bad. But all too easy to believe he's a con man.
