The chances of OEC approval are 60/40 from what I can gather. The following is hearsay from a fellow Bull who sat in on the court hearing. Essentially, the judge remains highly skeptical of the numbers that Parkhill & Cook (opposition party) have presented. Judge agrees that the numbers dont add up. Equity attorney argued that these numbers are not to be trusted as we have been lied to, time and time again. In the end, the opposition party even ended up admitting that sune had far more assets than they were leading the public to believe. They are hiding money under the table. Furthermore, back when they were in DIP talks, the Hawaii public utilities commission asked sune about bankruptcy and sune responded that they have more than enough liquidity to fund operations.
They are essentially hinting at solvency but are slipping up due to the fact that their made up numbers dont add up.
The chances of oec approval is 60/40 as per the attorney and we should see a decision up on prime clerks either monday or tuesday.
