Maybe they are the ones hedged with Long call options. So they short AVXL and buy Calls to hedge against a sudden breakout. Food for thought. Either way, I find the call option volume to be very bullish here. The put volume is minuscule. The data has been de-risked as we know about 11/14 patients at the 12 week mark. I've been buying small lots on this pullback to increase my position.
