estimates ... and 11 multiple is too low... more like 12 to 13...

mgmt is hurting the company by not allowing analysts to put a value on AVID.... if they are going to put AVID on the main stage, they need to start showing value..... if they sold shares whether common or preferred since feb and have not made attempts at getting "value", they have breached their fiduciary responsibility to shareholders...
