Trumpy said if they didn't endorse him they couldn't speak. Haven't seen any endorsement from Cruz and yet there he will be! I love a good conspiracy theory! I think he wants to be there because the delegate's "never Trump" campaign still has wind in the sail! The Madhatter thinks he can swoop in and steal the nomination! Wait for it!
