So let's set the record straight! TAUG Board member, Thomas Graham, aka TJG, claims there have been NO BOARD MEETINGS, while Graham claims he has ONLY SPOKEN TO SETH SHAW ONCE IN THE APPROXIMATELY 3 MONTHS, since Berman was appointed to the Board. And that LONE phone call was to get an email address for newly appointed Board member, Keith Berman!

Yes folks...this is your TAUG Board of Directors in action! No meetings and a single phone call in three months! Wow...is this really worth the 9,000,000 TAUG SHARES that were recently bequeathed to Thomas Graham and his other BOD cronies! And, once again, how was the total distribution of over $700,000 in TAUG shares to directors, officers, and employees approved? With today's "lack of activity" disclosure by TJG, one must surmise there isn't much going on from a business strategy and planning perspective that includes Graham's "retail industry expertise"! Just a guess, nobody on the Board is being asked to contribute anything!
