If what Berman says about undisclosed meetings during his tenure is true he certainly has a case. As a Board member he would have culpability for any illegal actions taken by the Board during the period and share responsibility for all of them, illegal or not.

Let me put a stop to this nonsense right here. During the time Mr Berman was a member of the TAUG BOD there were NO board meetings, there was no call for a board meeting and there were no conversations with me as a board member regarding a meeting.

There was one conversation between Seth Shaw and myself, I ask Seth for Keith Bermans email address to send him a welcome email. Which I did, that was the ONLY conversation that ever took place concerning his appointment. Any remarks concerning a board meeting that took place at any time during his tenure are completely and utterly false.
