I am waiting with baited breath for TAUG to "get" current. It looks like they have a ways to go. They just filed their first 10Q for June 30, 2015. Next up 10Q for September 30, 2015, then 10Q for December 31, 2015 and then the 10K for March 31, 2016. Then the 10Q for June 30, 2016 (due by August 15, 2016). Then they will be current. I wonder what will come first, the June 30, 2016 10Q or the law suit being thrown out in Florida?
