Since KB interjected himself as witness in the TAUG case, I suppose we will find out which lawyer gave that opinion, and whether he relied on what the mediator or TUAG's attorneys stated to him. I suppose Berman sent a written evaluation by this attorney to Seth and the BOD. LMAO.
Looks like the TAUG shareholders are not that upset. IMO TAUG needs to finish the uplisting process and continue to do DD on potential mergers. I wonder who will have more sales and market cap in 24 months.
