Brokers Restricting Online Trading

no these stocks aren't halted, or SEC suspended, this is specifically about normally trading stocks (in the eyes of the regulators) that individual brokers have arbitrarily decided to restrict online trading in, essentially killing any market for them.... but technically, they are still free-trading, one has to call in the trade though.... essentially a kiss of death for any trading volume in the fast moving pinky/otc world.
