Funny, funny and then some. Home-based honey-do's:

We have a great way of dealing with that sort of pressure--- in fact we just hired a landscaping fellow and his buddy to mow and edge the acre and a half or so immediately around our home and a duplex maybe thirty feet away. With Texas temps you're all too familiar with, I'm sure, it can be a chore, especially a few days after a rare but nevertheless heavy rainy period. Around here you get two guys doing a great job for $75. That includes edging, mowing, and avoiding the many. many flowers and cacti the wife's planted. Some beautiful stuff. These are our tree guys, too.

I have a nearly new Deere lawn tractor and all the other equipment but these guys bring and use their own so that saves wear and tear on mine.

Speaking of money, my town is Harlingen, recently voted by Marketwatch as the cheapest full-service city in the whole country. We have plenty of hospitals, restaurants and you name it, we've got it. But it's incredibly inexpensive to live here. We love it!

By the way, unless it craters in a minute or two, I'll sell 10% of my SDLP---600 units out of 6,000. I've got a near-double and it's time to take msome profits.
