via resets with usually *significant* t trades' utilized to bypass *reporting* .. ;)

that (low vol) changed today .. :) .. note to self: CEs' can't afford too many *legit*
(not MM was traded days as has been the norm) volume days on MSRT
they will trigger reg sho .. for another round .. if allowed

so volume ramped today .. changing out *low vol* resets/wash trades/stalls

let's see if there is follow thru .. if so cycle for MSRT (PPS) is UP .. :)
