I thought my post was perfectly clear, that when Bruce told people that the beta testers wanted the product and they were all put on hold by VLDI in order to get them the lastest version 3.1 when it was released in February was a big fat lie. No one waits close to 2 years before making a decision on cyber security and version 3.1 now has been out going on 16 months and in that time not one single beta tester has step up to become a revenue producing client. That says it all, especially when I at the time stated no one in their right mind puts any revenue producing customer on hold, they simply roll out what they have and then upgrade their clients to the new version when it becomes available.

Bruce's PRs are written very carefully, since they are all noncommittal when it comes to revenue. He almost never mentions a client's name (yes, I know the NDA), and he never states they have a contract and/or revenue commitment starting such and such date!
